This October/November, we are offering our very popular annual Christmas Family Mini Sessions! These mini sessions have become an annual tradition for many families as a memento, a chance to spend some quality time together as well as an opportunity to create their own stylish Christmas cards. 

If you’re looking for that perfect, personalised and unique Christmas gift, you’ve come to the right place. Our professional holiday portraits are perfect for giving and will continue to be a treasured keepsake for friends and loved ones.

Our two enchanting themes for this year are :

1st Theme  🎄 CHRISTMAS MORNING 🎄


Wake up to a Magical Christmas morning! Imagine the room aglow with fairy lights, gifts brimming with anticipation, and dear ones radiating joy and embracing warmth. It's a scene straight out of a holiday movie! Whether in your comfiest pja or a stylish ensemble, embrace the holiday cheer. Outside, a blanket of snow covered the ground, adding a picturesque touch to the already perfect morning.Capture the moment as your family enjoys hot cocoa, shares stories, and bursts into hearty laughter. It's a wonderful celebration full of memories to cherish forever!

2nd Theme  ❄️ WINTER WONDERLAND ❄️


Imagine yourself in a charming Winter Wonderland, nestled in a snowy nook of the forest, wrapped in a warm blanket sipping on a steaming cup of cocoa and surrounded by festive decorations. It's like stepping into a holiday postcard where all your Christmas wishes unfold like a dream.

SESSION PRICE $300 - $350 payable in 2 installments

  • $150 non refundable deposit upon booking.

  • $50 Add on Second Theme

  • $150 due on session date.

STUDIO LOCATION:

  • 22 Daly Close, Sunbury 3429

FINE PRINT:

  • 20 Minutes Session per family. You can book back to back sessions if you want more time and images.

  • 5 (FIVE) Edited Digital Images via Online Download with an option to upgrade.

  • Private Online Gallery to choose images from.

  • 2 beautiful Christmas themes to choose from.

  • $50 Add on for Second Theme

ADDITIONAL IMAGES VIA ONLINE DOWNLOAD:

  • 1 Additional Image - $60

  • 5 Additional Images - $175

  • 10 Additional Images - $275

  • 15 Additional Images - $350

OUTFITS:

  • It is your responsibility to provide your own outfit that is suitable to the theme.

  • Please remember that you are to come to the shoot with your hair, makeup and outfits on and ready to be photographed.

  • As this is a mini session, you may change into another outfit look as long as time permits within the 20 minute session.

  • Our studio will have Santa hats, headbands and other accessories for clients to use.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

  • One Family Only per Session.

  • Immediate Family Only.

  • Cousins and extended families MUST book back to back sessions.

  • Grandparents are welcome to attend for an additional fee of $30/grandparent.

  • Session fee ($300) is non-cancellable and non-refundable but can be transferred to another family (at least 24 hours notice).

  • No refund on no show.

  • Rescheduling fee - $50 (if there are spots available).

  • Children getting photographed on their own MUST be at least 6 months old and able to sit on their own. There's no restriction on age for children being photographed together with the family.

  • Option to include fur babies. Please contact our studio first.

  • Basic editing only. Any additional edits (like head swaps or remove scars or dry skin etc) will incur additional fees.

  • Taking pictures with a camera or mobile phone camera is strictly prohibited.



⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️

As this is a mini session and in high demand, you can imagine that the schedule is tight and runs back to back. To assist us to run on time, please ensure you arrive 5 mins early, and be ready to be photographed. We ask that you wait in your car until your allocated time.

If you are late, unfortunately you will miss your session. Note that these sessions cannot be re-booked, refunded, or cancelled due to the sessions running back to back. Being ready and on time allows for your family and others the opportunity to all have their festival photos taken with ample time.
